I have worked with Nathan Lawrence on four very different projects over the past 6 years with an intention to engage his team again in 2022. The first project Nathan worked on was prior to him starting his own company but the workmanship and attention to detail that Nathan put into our home extension and renovation in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs was second to none. He had set up his own company when we asked him to do a refurb on our Warehouse which again was faultless. Nathan has also completed a renovation and built a substantial balcony on our rural property in the Hunter Valley. More recently in 2021, Nathan and his team completed a full renovation of our Boat Shed turning a once dark uninviting space into gorgeous functional accomodation. We are hoping next year to build a Hamptons style home with outdoor pool and I am confident that Nathan will again lead his team to complete this project to the highest standard on time and budget.

Nathan and the team from Lawrence Build rebuilt our bathroom. They totally stripped the walls, floor and the ceiling and started from the ground up. They are remarkably good tradesmen down to the finest detail. They took care of all the other trades involved as well, made sure trust the rest of the house was well protected from dirty boots and kept us up to date at all times. The end result for us was better than we expected. Highly recommended.
